A new graphics display system that is specially designed for installing textiles and fabrics. No finishing is required on the prints and gives a professional finish to a range of applications. The system is most compatible with dye-sublimation printing and also UV-cured prints.

The new Spirit-TEX system is fully compatible with all the current profiles available from Spirit Displays as well as some new designs.

Spirit-TEX is supplied in 3060mmm lengths, which can be cut down for smaller applications or joined for larger ones. There is a range of aluminium profiles, each suited to specific applications. Please contact us for more information.

		Spirit-TEX GRIPPER STRIP The gripper profile is inserted into the channel on the aluminium frame prior to manufacture. It is this unique profile that holds the fabric in place once tensioned using the Spirit-TEX installation tool.
		Spirit-TEX INSTALLATION TOOL The tool is used to push the fabric into the Spirit-TEX gripper profile using a smooth curved surface to give even tension. The tools are robust and should see you through many fabric frame installations.
		MEDIA COMPATABILITY The Spirit-TEX Tension System is compatible with a wide variety of commercially available textile media. The most common product used is polyester display fabric. Please check with us for specific compatibility of your media.

		Spirit-TEX F-SECTION (Download PDF Spec Sheet - 258KB) This profile is used where low profile wall mounted fabrics are required. The additional fixing plate provides the space needed for fixing the frame to the surface of the structure without interfering with the functioning of the system. F-section is also ideal for doing full wall coverings and stretched ceilings.
		Spirit-TEX CC2-SECTION (Download PDF Spec Sheet - 286KB) This profile is ideal for large unsupported frames. Frames of up to 3m x 3m stretched without the need for bracing. A fantastic solution for exhibition graphics where self supported textile walls and ceilings need to be contructed. CC2 also has multiple channels to tension fabrics in a variety of circumstances. CC2 is compatible with CC-Cover.
		Spirit-TEX CC-SECTION (Download PDF Spec Sheet - 459 KB) The CC-section profile was designed specifically for use with the CC-cover. This profile, together with the anodised or powder coated cover plate provides 'heavy' frame look while still only being 12mm deep. It can also be used for larger installations where a flat profile is still required or for multi-skin frames where you can make use of both tension channels.
		Spirit-TEX CC-COVER (Download PDF Spec Sheet - 459 KB) The CC-Cover section clips on to the CC or CC2 sections to provide a high quality finish for your Spirit-TEX frame. The profile is available in anodised or mill finish. It also has the benefit of allowing excess banner to be left under the cover to allow for much quicker and removal and retensioning if required. CC + Cover is ideal for use on indoor media sites.
